At P. Louise Cosmetics, we want you to be obsessed with your kit; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.

Pack Your Items
Ensure the products are in their original, unopened packaging and securely placed in a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return label or send the package via a tracked courier service to our main distribution center in the UK.
Receive Your Refund
